Simlipal National Park
Simlipal National Park is a national park and an elephant reserve situated in the Mayurbhanj district in the Indian state of Odisha. It was established in 1980 and total area covered about of 845.70 km². A number of rivers such as the Khairi, Palpala, and Budhabalanga originate here. Tall and luxuriant Sal Trees in large numbers stand like sentries. As the name suggests it has all the wilderness of the jungle embedded in the homely atmosphere presented by the architecture, interiors and ambience of the lodge. The Simlipal National park is crisscrossed by at least twelve rivers making it an excellent destination for trekking. We serve a wide variety of vegetarian as well as non vegetarian dishes. This area is located at a plateau with an average elevation of 900 meters from sea level.
